Introduction to Guide

This Guide highlights resources available for drafting documents in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The Guide is intended to (1) provide background information regarding the M&A process and (2) to identify sources for locating necessary forms (also sometimes referred to as "precedents") for drafting documents. The Guide focuses on transactions within the United States, though many of the sources identified address international M&A issues as well. This Guide includes the following pages:
